Who are we?
The Office of Student Retention supports and oversees the retention, progression, and graduation of all our students. It is committed to supporting the undergraduate students on their path toward graduation.
This office works collaboratively across campus offices to identify students who are struggling to navigate their path to success, and to connect these students with the appropriate campus resources to help them stay on track towards a timely graduation. Our office will plan, advise, guide, and monitor graduation and retention policies which influence and inform the University community. The office is committed to being an integral piece in helping the University achieve its long-term retention and graduation goals by making sure that every student can be successful at Lehigh.
The Office of Student Retention also works closely with the Office of Institutional Research and Strategic Analytics to assess current student retention and persistence initiatives, and to improve our efforts moving forward.
