Welcome to the Office of Student Retention

The Office of Student Retention is dedicated to supporting the retention, academic progress, and timely graduation of all undergraduate students at Lehigh. We help students navigate key transitions, overcome barriers, and stay on track to achieve their academic and graduation goals.

In partnership with student support offices across campus, we identify students who may be experiencing challenges and connect them with the appropriate resources and guidance. We also play a central role in monitoring and assessing programs, practices, and policies that influence student success and students’ sense of belonging at Lehigh.
