Lehigh’s retention council was formed in Spring 2023. The council will work to help identify the root cause of retention issues and address challenges head-on. It is composed of staff and faculty members from across the Lehigh campus, therefore bringing a wide range of perspectives. This council is tasked with addressing student enrollment and student retention. It is our goal to help all our undergraduate students to thrive at Lehigh University.
