To provide leadership and guidance for the development and delivery of programs and services designed to enhance the retention and academic success of our students from orientation through graduation.

Vision:

The Office of Student Retention commits to working collaboratively with campus partners to cultivate a campus community where every student, regardless of background or circumstance, flourishes academically and feels a strong sense of belonging and value within the campus community.
